Dr. Meghan Sills
  • Dr. Meghan Sills (formerly Dr. Gannon) was born and raised in Andover, Massachusetts, where she excelled in the sciences and music. She attended Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, as a chemistry major and principle 'cellist of the university orchestra all four years. She was a member of the Pre-med Honor Society, Alpha Epsilon Delta and a Chi Omega Sorority, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors in Chemistry.

    Dr. Sills attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. There, she developed her passion for family medicine with guidance from exceptional mentors. She was President of the Family Medicine Interest Group, President of the Say Ahhh’s women’s a capella group and won the Excellence in Family Medicine Award at graduation. She graduated in the top 15% of her class.

    Dr. Sills moved across the country for an opportunity to study at the Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency program in Scottsdale, Arizona. There, she honed her procedural skills and passion for chronic disease management as well as women’s and adolescent health care. Upon graduating, she was awarded the Resident Teacher Award for her devotion to medical education.

    When first moving to Spring Hill in 2009, Dr. Sills worked in a traditional practice in Spring Hill until 2016 when she founded MRMG's All Access Medicine. This is where she developed a love for the DPC style of practice. She has been nominated multiple times and in 2020 won the Spring Hill/Thompsons Station Best Physician Award. She enjoys her influential role as a clinical professor for 3rd and 4th year medical students who rotate through her practice from Lincoln Memorial University- DCOM. She is honored to be a American Academy of Family Physicians National speaker, providing her with the opportunity to share her expertise with her peers and colleagues.

    When not in the office, you can find Dr. Sills often on a bike ride or traveling with her husband, J.B.. Weekends are spent with her children, Will, Wyatt, Blakeley and JP either on the soccer, baseball or football fields.

    She loves the fact that she both lives and works in this community. She finds it an honor to work with you to improve your health and can’t wait to get started!

  • Vice President and Chief Operations Officer

    As Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Simply Better Medicine, J.B. combines his vast knowledge of business with his passion for helping others. “Our work and personal life merges into an amazing balance of service, team building, growth and genuine love for our family, Simply Better Medicine Members, friends and our community.” Aside from day-to-day work responsibilities, J.B.’s primary focus is family. Travel, competing in sporting events, guitar, piano, watching his family (Meg, Blakeley, JP, Will, and Wyatt) grow stronger and excel every single day are what bring him the most joy. “People laugh when I mention relaxing. They know that my mind and body are always racing and that I enjoy being busy. As a six-member family, we definitely have lots of fantastic moving pieces in this life we share. The most amazing part is the unconditional love and support we provide for each other. Wouldn’t have it any other way!”

Mckynlie Cooke

    Mckynlie Cooke is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) currently pursuing her Registered Nurse (RN) license. With hands-on experience in patient care, Mckynlie is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. As a mother of two, she values the importance of family and strives to maintain a strong work-life balance while advancing her career in healthcare. Mckynlie's passion for nursing, combined with her nurturing personality, drives her to provide excellent care and support to her patients.

  • Nurse Practitioner

    Natalie Wiles Quintero, FNP was born and raised in Lewisburg, TN. She received her BSN-RN through Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, TN. While in nursing school, she worked as a nurse technician at Maury Regional Medical Center and then accepted a nursing position in the Emergency Department upon graduation. In addition, Natalie served as a clinical instructor for nursing students at Columbia State Community College and Belmont University, fulfilling her love for sharing knowledge and skills with future healthcare workers. Natalie went on to pursue her MSN at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner license. Natalie honed her skills while working full time as an NP in Neurology in Columbia, TN while also working part time in the emergency department to stay informed of current medical issues.

    Natalie has a strong desire to treat a variety of medical conditions with her extensive experience and her strong skillset; she is a local practitioner who deeply cares for her community and its residents. 

    When not in the office, you can find Natalie enjoying time with her family and close friends. She thoroughly enjoys reading books, loves to spend time outside with her husband, Daniel, and their dogs and she will always be cheering on the Vols during football season.

    Natalie’s hands-on experience, comfort with direct patient communication and informed decision making and outgoing personality make her an asset to the Simply Better Medicine Team. She is extremely passionate about providing dedicated attention to her patients’ healthcare needs and can’t wait to begin helping them be the healthiest and most informed versions of themselves.
